A patented self-cleaning condenser prevents dust accumulation to keep performance steady, while high-density polyurethane insulation and a durable stainless steel exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom support energy-efficient operation. Precision comes standard with the digital temperature control and monitor system, and the external digital display makes at-a-glance checks fast for busy crews. Turbo Air’s Cold Bunker system circulates chilled air around the food pans to maintain NSF-required temperatures even when the lids are open, and an insulated pan cover helps protect freshness during service. Two swing doors and two adjustable, heavy-duty PE-coated wire shelves organize backup product, and a 9.5-inch-deep, 0.5-inch-thick polyethylene cut
