The Turbo Air MST-48-12-N M3 Series sandwich and salad prep table is built for commercial kitchens. A self-cleaning condenser with a fine mesh filter and rotating brush keeps the condenser clear. The cold bunker system creates a cold air shield around the pan area, maintaining ingredients at 33°F to 39°F even with frequent lid openings. Digital temperature control and monitoring support precise set points, while energy-efficient LED lighting keeps contents visible. The 48-inch cabinet includes a 17-inch deep, 1/2-inch thick high-density polyethylene cutting board and holds twelve 1/6 size, 6-inch deep pans for organized, continuous prep. Durable construction features a stainless steel exterior, AL interior with a stainless steel floor, and high-density polyurethane insulation. Two swing doors with an ABS liner, two adjustable PE-coated wire shelves, and 4-inch swivel casters with front locks support easy access and cleaning. Eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant powers the system.
