The Turbo Air MST-48-18-N M3 Series sandwich and salad prep table is built for high-volume, fast-paced commercial kitchens. Its self-cleaning condenser uses a fine mesh filter and rotating brush to help keep the system efficient with minimal maintenance. A 48-inch top with a 9.5-inch deep, 1/2-inch thick high-density polyethylene cutting board streamlines prep, while capacity for eighteen 1/6-size, 6-inch deep pans supports diverse menus. High-density polyurethane insulation and a cold bunker system maintain 33°F–39°F in the pan area, protecting product temperatures even with frequent lid openings.
Operators gain precise control with the digital temperature control and monitoring system, and clear visibility from LED interior lighting with fan control. The stainless steel exterior and stainless steel interior floor with aluminum sides and back deliver durability and easy cleaning. Practical touches include two swing doors with ABS liners, two adjustable PE-coated wire shelves
