The Turbo Air MST-48-N M3 Series sandwich and salad prep table streamlines high-volume mise en place in busy commercial kitchens. A self-cleaning condenser with a fine mesh filter and rotating brush helps maintain peak cooling performance with minimal upkeep. The cold bunker system forms a cold air shield around the pan area, protecting ingredients during frequent lid openings, while high-density polyurethane insulation holds cabinet temperatures between 33°F and 39°F. At 48 inches wide, this unit accommodates twelve 1/6-size, 6-inch-deep pans beneath an insulated pan cover and includes a generous 9.5-inch-deep, 1/2-inch-thick high-density polyethylene cutting board for fast, ergonomic prep. Durable construction features a stainless steel exterior and a stainless steel interior floor with AL sides and back.
