The Turbo Air MST-60-16-N M3 Series sandwich and salad unit supports fast, organized prep. Its 16-pan top opening with hood pairs with a 17-inch-deep cutting board with side rail for efficient assembly. A rear mount, self-contained 1/3 HP refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a cold bunker system, managed by digital temperature control. LED interior lighting with fan control enhances visibility. Two swing doors access 16.0 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage with two adjustable PE-coated wire shelves. The cabinet is built with a stainless steel top, front, and sides, a galvanized steel back and bottom, an aluminum interior, a stainless steel floor, and ABS door liners. A self-cleaning condenser is included. This two-section model operates on 115v/60/1-ph, draws 4.4 amps, and features a NEMA 5-15P plug. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed.
