The Turbo Air MST-60-N M3 Series 60-inch sandwich and salad prep table delivers consistent cooling and efficient workflow for busy lines. A self-cleaning condenser automatically brushes away dust and debris to reduce maintenance, while the cold bunker system creates a cold air shield around the pan area to hold target temperatures even with frequent lid openings. The rail accommodates (16) 1/6 size, 6 inch deep pans beneath a 9-1/2 inch deep, 1/2 inch thick high-density polyethylene cutting board for fast, organized prep. A digital temperature control and monitor system maintains 33°F to 39°F for food safety and easy oversight. Built for durability, it features a stainless steel exterior with an AL interior and stainless steel floor, high-density polyurethane insulation, and two swing doors with adjustable PE-coated wire shelves. LED interior lighting with fan control enhances visibility, and 4 inch swivel casters with front locks support flexible placement. Refrigeration uses R-290
