The Turbo Air MST-72-18-N M3 Series sandwich/salad unit streamlines busy prep lines with a three-section design and rear mount self-contained compressor. Measuring 72-5/8"W x 34"D x 37-5/8"H, it delivers 23 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage plus an 18-pan top opening with (2) hoods for organized, at-the-rail ingredients. A 17" deep cutting board with side rail supports efficient assembly and presentation across service periods.
Performance-focused controls and airflow help maintain product quality: digital temperature control, a cold bunker system, and LED interior lighting with fan control. Durable construction includes a stainless steel exterior with galvanized steel back and bottom, an aluminum interior, and a stainless steel floor with ABS door liner. Three swing doors and (3) adjustable PE coated wire shelves offer flexible storage. This prep table uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 3/8 HP system, operating on 115v/60/1-ph, 9.9 amps with a NEMA 5-1
