A self-cleaning condenser with a fine mesh filter and rotating brush helps prevent dust buildup to keep performance consistent. Digital temperature control with an external display maintains a safe 33°F to 38°F set point, so chefs and operators can verify temps at a glance. The eco-friendly R-600a refrigerant and high-density polyurethane insulation support efficient operation.
Built for busy commercial kitchens, the unit features a stainless steel exterior and interior, energy-efficient LED lighting with fan control, and two adjustable heavy-duty PE-coated wire shelves for flexible organization. Ergonomic, self-closing doors with easy-grip handles and magnetic gaskets streamline workflow while preserving a tight seal.
