The Turbo Air PRCBE-48F-N-FT PRO Series freezer chef base integrates cold storage right on the line to optimize space and workflow. This one-section unit measures 48-1/8"L x 33-1/2"D x 21-3/8"H and delivers 6.83 cu. ft. of capacity in (2) stainless steel drawers beneath a durable stainless steel flat top. A digital temperature display provides at-a-glance monitoring for busy kitchens. Front air intake and a side-mount, self-contained refrigeration system support flexible placement and service access. To reduce routine upkeep, it features a self-cleaning condenser and a hot gas condensate system. Refrigeration is powered by a 3/8 HP compressor using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Electrical requirements are 115v/60/1 with a 5.9-amp draw and a NEMA 5-15P plug.
