This one-section, 48-inch unit pairs 6.83 cu. ft. of cold storage with a heavy-duty stainless top that supports up to 788 lbs. of equipment. Two stainless drawers each hold two full-size pans up to 6" deep (pans not included), keeping ingredients organized and within reach. Turbo Air’s patented self-cleaning condenser, front-breathing design, and side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration streamline maintenance and placement in narrow spaces. A digital temperature display, high-density polyurethane insulation, and a 33°F–38°F holding range help maintain consistent product quality. Built for busy kitchens, the PRCBE-48R-N adds a full marine drip guard edge, magnetic snap-in gaskets, and a hot gas condensate system for clean, efficient operation.
