Product Description
The Turbo Air PRCBE-48R-N-FT is a PRO Series refrigerated chef base featuring a one-section design with 6.83 cu. ft. of capacity. Measuring 48"W x 33-1/2"D x 21-3/8"H, it includes (2) stainless steel drawers that accommodate pans up to 6" deep with a capacity of (2) full size pans per drawer (not included). A digital temperature display provides clear monitoring, and a stainless steel flat top completes the unit. For reliable operation, this model incorporates front air intake, a self-cleaning condenser, and a hot gas condensate system. Its side mount, self-contained refrigeration utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/4 HP compressor. The unit runs on 115v/60/1-ph, draws 3.2 amps, and is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug. ETL-Sanitation and cETLus listings support code compliance and foodservice use.
