The Turbo Air PRCBE-96R-N-FT PRO Series refrigerated chef base brings precise cold holding and sturdy prep surface together to optimize workflow on the cookline. This two-section unit measures 96-1/8"L x 33-1/2"D x 21-3/8"H and provides 17.5 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage across four stainless steel drawers, while a stainless steel flat top supports everyday kitchen tasks. A digital temperature display enables quick, accurate monitoring. Engineered for reliable performance, the system features a front air intake for efficient placement, a self-cleaning condenser, and a hot gas condensate system. Side mount, self-contained refrigeration with R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 3/8 HP compressor delivers consistent cooling on a standard 115v/60/1 connection drawing 4.2 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
