The Turbo Air PRO-15H(-L) is a PRO Series reach-in heated cabinet designed to keep dishes at serving temperature while streamlining back-of-house workflows. With a compact 17-3/4" width and 14.65 cu. ft. capacity, it fits tight spaces without sacrificing performance. A digital temperature control and monitor system helps you maintain precise holding conditions, while a ducted fan air distribution system promotes consistent heat throughout the cabinet. The solid door includes a lock and a stay-open feature for safer loading during busy periods. LED interior lighting and three stainless steel wire shelves enhance product visibility and organization. Built for heavy use, the interior is stainless steel, and the exterior is stainless steel with a galvanized steel top and bottom. This 950-watt unit runs on 115v/60/1-ph at 8.5 amps with a convenient NEMA 5-15P cord.
