The Turbo Air PRO-26-2H-PT pass-thru, one-section heated cabinet supports fast, organized service on both sides of the line. Four hinged, self-closing solid half doors with locks speed access, while a stay-open feature simplifies loading. Digital temperature control helps maintain consistent holding, and bright LED interior lighting keeps product visible at a glance. Built for demanding kitchens, it features a stainless steel interior and a 22 gauge stainless steel exterior with a galvanized steel top and bottom, plus lifetime guaranteed heavy duty hinges and handles. Three stainless steel wire shelves maximize the 26 cu. ft. capacity, and the unit operates on a standard 115v connection with a NEMA 5-15P.
