The Turbo Air PRO-26-2H2-G heated cabinet keeps plated meals and pans at serving temperature with precise, digitally controlled heat from 140°F to 180°F. Built for demanding commercial kitchens, this PRO Series unit combines stainless steel construction with high-density polyurethane insulation for reliable heat retention. Two half glass, self-closing doors with a 120° stay-open feature and locks streamline service and secure product between shifts. A ducted fan air distribution system circulates heat evenly across all levels to maintain consistent results. Inside, three adjustable stainless steel wire shelves and bright LED lighting make it easy to load, organize, and quickly identify items.
