Turbo Air’s PRO Series pass-thru heated cabinet streamlines back- and front-of-house flow with four hinged, self-closing solid half doors that lock and include a stay-open feature for loading. The one-section, 26 cu. ft. cavity uses digital temperature control to maintain consistent holding, while LED interior lighting enhances visibility across three stainless steel wire shelves. A stainless steel interior and a rugged 22-gauge stainless steel exterior with a galvanized steel top and bottom stand up to high-volume operations. Energy Star® certification supports efficient performance, and ETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings meet safety and sanitation standards. At 28-3/4" W x 36-1/4" D x 78" H and 1550 watts, this unit integrates easily into existing lines. The NEMA L14-20P plug, 208-230v/115v/60/1-ph, and 7.5 amps deliver simple installation in most commercial kitchens. Made in USA.
