The Turbo Air PRO-26H-G-PT(-L) pass-thru heated cabinet optimizes kitchen workflow with a one-section footprint and 26.4 cu. ft. capacity. Full-length glass doors and LED interior lighting provide instant product visibility, while digital temperature control helps staff monitor holding conditions at a glance. During peak service, hinged self-closing doors with a stay open feature speed loading and retrieval from both sides. Built for demanding operations, it features a stainless steel interior and a durable 22 gauge stainless steel exterior with a galvanized steel top and bottom. Three stainless steel wire shelves accommodate a range of pans and trays, and locking doors secure contents between services. Powered by a 115v/60/1 connection with a NEMA 5-15P and drawing 13.5 amps at 1550 watts, this cabinet is easy to place and plug in.
