The Turbo Air PRO-26H-RI-PF(-L) PRO Series solid door proofer supports organized, high-volume production with a 35.51 cu. ft. roll-in cabinet and a stainless steel ramp for rack loading. This one-section unit measures 34"W x 37-3/4"D x 84-1/4"H and features a locking solid door with lifetime guaranteed heavy duty hinges & handles for secure, reliable operation. Digital temperature control helps maintain consistent conditions, while LED interior lighting enhances visibility of product inside the cabinet. Built for durability, the interior and exterior are stainless steel, with a galvanized steel top and bottom. The unit operates at 1550 watts, 115v/60/1-ph, 13.5 amps and includes a NEMA 5-15P. Certified ETLus and ETL-Sanitation and made in the USA, this roll-in proofer is designed to integrate smoothly into professional kitchen workflows where space, visibility, and dependable construction matter.
