The Turbo Air PRO-26H2-G-PF is a PRO Series glass door proofer in a reach-in, one-section configuration. It offers 25 cu. ft. of capacity within a 28-3/4"W x 34-1/8"D x 78"H cabinet. Built for rigorous use, it features a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel top and bottom, plus a stainless steel ramp.
Digital temperature control and LED interior lighting support precise operation and clear product visibility. A single glass door with lock and heavy duty hinges and handles provides secure, reliable access. This unit draws 1550 watts and operates on 208/115v/60/1-ph, 7.5 amps with a NEMA L14-20P connection. ETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed and Made in USA.
