This one-section, 44 cu. ft. unit supports busy kitchens with a stainless steel ramp and two full-length stainless doors with glass windows for fast visual checks. Self-closing doors with a stay-open feature speed loading while helping retain heat. A digital temperature control and monitor system maintains a 140°F–180°F holding range, and a ducted fan air distribution system promotes even, consistent results. LED interior lighting brightens the cabinet for quick identification of contents. Built for demanding environments, it features a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel top and bottom. Operating at 1550 watts on 208–230v/115v/60/1-ph power with a NEMA L14-20P cord, this cabinet is ETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed, with Energy Star® recognition for the right-hinged model. Made in USA.
