Built for demanding kitchens, it features a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel top and bottom, plus a stainless steel ramp that streamlines cart movement between prep and the service line. A digital temperature control and monitor system maintains a precise 140°F–180°F range, while a ducted fan air distribution system promotes even heat throughout the cabinet. Two full-length stainless steel solid doors are self-closing to conserve heat and include a stay-open feature to aid loading. LED interior lighting improves visibility during busy shifts. Heavy duty hinges and handles, an on/off switch, and pass-through access support efficient workflows for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
