A self-cleaning condenser device helps maintain efficiency, while a digital temperature controller and self-diagnostic monitoring system keep operation precise and transparent for staff. Four drawers streamline access to ingredients to support faster service and organized storage. The hot gas condensate system and automatic fan motor delays further support stable, efficient cooling. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior and a galvanized top and bottom, this unit is engineered for demanding environments.
