The Turbo Air PRO-50-4H reach-in heated cabinet delivers consistent holding temperatures from 140°F to 180°F to preserve food quality during service. Its 47.7 cu. ft. two-section layout with four half solid doors provides ample capacity and streamlined access. A digital temperature control and monitor system maintains precise settings and alerts staff if doors are not properly sealed. Uniform heat is ensured by a ducted fan air distribution system and high-density polyurethane insulation. Self-closing doors include a 120° stay-open feature to speed loading and restocking without compromising temperature. Inside, six stainless steel wire shelves and bright LED lighting support organized, visible product storage. Built with durable stainless steel construction, this cabinet is engineered for busy commercial kitchens where reliability, workflow efficiency, and presentation matter.
