The Turbo Air PRO-50-4H-SG-PT PRO Series heated cabinet features a pass-thru, two-section layout that supports workflow between back and front of house. Its 53 cu. ft. interior pairs with (6) stainless steel shelves to organize high-volume holding. Access is efficient and secure with (4) front solid half doors and (4) back glass half doors, each with locks; the rear glass doors and LED interior lighting enhance visibility. A digital temperature control & monitor system provides at-a-glance oversight. Durable construction includes a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel top and bottom. For straightforward installation, the unit operates at 3000 watts, 208-230v/115v/60/1-ph, 15 amps, with a NEMA L14-20P plug. ETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed and Made in USA.
