Eight glass half doors—four in front and four in back—provide true pass-through access, so teams can load and retrieve without disrupting service. With 48.7 cu. ft. of capacity and six stainless steel shelves, it organizes a broad range of ingredients while holding a consistent 33–38°F. Stainless steel construction stands up to daily use, and bright LED interior lighting speeds identification for quicker picks. A top-mount, self-contained system with eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant, digital temperature control and monitoring, and a hot gas condensate design helps deliver reliable, even cooling shift after shift.
