Six self-closing, full-length solid doors with locks and a stay-open feature speed loading while securing contents during peak hours. Digital temperature control maintains precise holding conditions, and bright LED interior lighting improves product visibility without adding heat. Built for demanding kitchens, this unit features a stainless steel interior, nine stainless steel wire shelves, and a rugged exterior with 22 gauge stainless steel front and sides plus a galvanized top and bottom. Power is delivered by a 3000-watt system on 208/115v/60/1-ph, 15 amps with a NEMA L14-20P plug.
