The Turbo Air PST-28-12-D2-N is a PRO Series mega top sandwich/salad prep table engineered for efficient, high-volume assembly in tight spaces. A rear mount self-contained compressor and cold bunker system help maintain consistent product temperatures across (12) 1/6-size, 4-inch deep pans under the hood, while the 9-1/2-inch cutting board with side rail supports fast, organized workflow. The digital temperature control and monitor system, along with LED interior lighting and fan control, give operators precise oversight during service. Inside, two drawers, an aluminum door liner, and one stainless steel wire shelf offer practical storage within a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized bottom for durability. A self-cleaning condenser and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant support reliable performance with a 1/6 HP system running on 115v/60/1 power via a NEMA 5-15P plug.
