A rear mount, self-contained compressor pairs with a cold bunker system and a digital temperature control and monitor system to maintain consistent product temperatures. Inside, LED lighting and fan control enhance visibility and airflow over your ingredients. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior and a galvanized bottom, this prep table is designed for heavy use.
