The Turbo Air PST-28-D2-FB-N pro series sandwich/salad prep table is engineered to keep your line organized and moving. This one-section unit delivers 6.5 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage in a compact footprint measuring 27-1/2"W x 30"D x 37-5/8"H. Prep efficiency comes standard with eight 1/6 size, 4-inch-deep pans and two drawers for backup ingredients. Front breathing airflow and a self-cleaning condenser support consistent performance during peak service, while the stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel bottom stand up to daily use. The refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/6 HP compressor and operates on 115v/60/1-ph, 6.6 amps, via a NEMA 5-15P plug. Certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation and Made in USA.
