Its side-breathing, rear-mount self-contained compressor supports flexible placement while maintaining steady temperatures. A cold bunker system works with the digital temperature control & monitor system to keep ingredients consistently chilled. The 8-pan top opening with hood protects product at the line, and the 9-1/2" deep cutting board with side rail provides a dedicated, efficient assembly surface. Two drawers offer quick access to backups within the 7.0 cu. ft. cabinet. Built for daily commercial use, the stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized bottom simplify cleaning and resist wear.
