The Turbo Air PST-28-FB-N(-L) is a PRO Series sandwich/salad prep table designed for efficient workflows in compact footprints. Front Breathing airflow and a rear-mount, self-contained compressor help optimize placement while maintaining performance. The 27-1/2" width delivers 6.5 cu. ft. of refrigerated capacity and a 9-1/2" deep cutting board with side rail for streamlined assembly. A cold bunker system and digital temperature control & monitor system support consistent temperatures across the rail holding (8) 1/6 size, 4" deep pans. Inside, stainless steel interior and exterior (galvanized bottom), an aluminum door liner, and LED interior lighting with fan control enhance durability and visibility. A locking solid door and a stainless steel wire shelf provide secure, organized storage below. Maintenance is simplified by a self-cleaning condenser, while eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 HP system operate on 115v/60/1 with a NEMA 5-15P. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed.
