Streamline prep with the Turbo Air PST-28-G-N(-L) PRO Series sandwich/salad unit. Compact yet productive at 27-1/2"W x 30"D x 37-5/8"H and 7.0 cu. ft., it keeps ingredients organized and within reach. The 8-pan top opening with hood accommodates eight 1/6-size, 4"-deep pans, supported by a cold bunker system for uniform rail temperatures. A 9-1/2" deep cutting board with side rail speeds assembly, while the locking glass door and LED interior lighting enhance visibility and presentation. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior (galvanized bottom), it features a rear mount, self-contained, side-breathing system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a self-cleaning condenser to help maintain performance. Digital temperature control and monitor system with fan control supports consistent holding. Powered by 1/6 HP, 115v/60/1-ph, 6.6 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Includes one stainless steel shelf. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed. Made in USA.
