The Turbo Air PST-28-N(-L) PRO Series sandwich/salad prep table is designed for efficient make-line workflow. A rear mount self-contained compressor, cold bunker system, and digital temperature control and monitor work together to maintain consistent temperatures across the 8-pan top opening with hood. The 9-1/2" deep cutting board with side rail supports organized assembly, while a right-hinged solid swing door with lock and the included shelf provide secure, accessible storage. Its stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized bottom suit high-volume, commercial environments. LED interior lighting with fan control and a self-cleaning condenser support dependable day-to-day operation.
