The Turbo Air PST-36-N PRO Series sandwich/salad prep table brings organized, reliable performance to your makeline. This two-section, 9 cu. ft. unit features a 10-pan top opening with hood to keep ingredients ready, plus a 9-1/2" deep cutting board to streamline assembly. A rear mount self-contained compressor, cold bunker system, and digital temperature control & monitor system work together to maintain consistent conditions. Durable construction includes a stainless steel interior & exterior with a galvanized bottom and an aluminum door liner, while LED interior lighting & fan control improve visibility. Two solid hinged swing doors with locks secure product, and two stainless steel shelves add storage flexibility. A self-cleaning condenser and R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, powered by a 1/5 HP system, support efficient operation. Electrical requirements are 115v/60/1-ph, 6.5 amps with a NEMA 5-15P. Made in USA.
