This two-section unit delivers 15.0 cu. ft. of capacity with a rear mount self-contained compressor. The flat clear lid protects eight 1/6 size, 4" deep pans, while a 9-1/2" deep cutting board supports efficient assembly. A digital temperature control & monitor system and cold bunker system help maintain optimal conditions for fresh ingredients. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior (galvanized bottom), it includes LED interior lighting with fan control for visibility and airflow. Two solid hinged swing doors with locks and an aluminum door liner secure and safeguard contents, and two stainless steel shelves add organized storage.
