This two-section, rear mount self-contained unit provides 15.0 cu. ft. of capacity in a 48-1/4"W x 30"D x 33-1/2"H footprint. Keep ingredients ready in (8) 1/6 size, 4" deep pans, and work comfortably on the 9-1/2" deep cutting board. A digital temperature control & monitor system and cold bunker system support dependable refrigeration, while LED interior lighting and fan control enhance visibility and airflow. The cabinet features a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized bottom, (2) solid hinged swing doors with locks, an aluminum door liner, and (2) stainless steel shelves. A self-cleaning condenser and R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant power reliable operation at 1/5 HP, 115v/60/1-ph, 6.5 amps with a NEMA 5-15P. Certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation. Made in US
