Built for busy kitchens, the Turbo Air PST-48-08S-N(-LW) is a PRO Series sandwich/salad prep + work station that streamlines make-line efficiency. This two-section unit offers 15.0 cu. ft. of capacity in a 48-1/4 inch wide footprint, with eight 1/6 size, 4-inch deep pans at the top and a 9-1/2 inch deep cutting board for fast, organized assembly. Two solid hinged swing doors with locks, an aluminum door liner, and two stainless steel shelves provide secure, durable storage. Performance features include a rear mount self-contained compressor, digital temperature control & monitor system, and a cold bunker system. The stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized bottom are built for daily service, while LED interior lighting with fan control enhances visibility. A self-cleaning condenser and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant support reliable operation. Powered by a 1/5 HP motor and plugging into a standard NEMA 5-15P, this unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed and Made in USA (contact sales for lead time).
