The Turbo Air PST-48-12M-N-FL PRO Series sandwich/salad mega prep + work station is built to optimize assembly and cold holding on the line. This two-section, 15.0 cu. ft. unit measures 48-1/4"W x 34"D x 33-1/2"H and includes (12) 1/6 size, 4" deep pans beneath a flat lid for organized mise en place. A 9-1/2" deep cutting board supports efficient prep, while the rear mount self-contained compressor and cold bunker system deliver ingredient cooling. A digital temperature control & monitor system, LED interior lighting, and fan control enhance oversight during busy service. Two solid hinged swing doors with locks and an aluminum door liner secure product, and (2) stainless steel shelves add flexible storage. Durable stainless steel interior & exterior construction with a galvanized bottom is paired with a self-cleaning condenser and R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant.
