The Turbo Air PST-48-12M-N(-LW) PRO Series Sandwich/Salad Mega Prep + Work Station is engineered to optimize prep-line workflow and presentation. This two-section, 15.0 cu. ft. unit integrates a rear mount self-contained compressor and a cold bunker system to keep ingredients ready for rapid service. Arrange (12) 1/6 size 4" deep pans beneath a 9-1/2" deep cutting board; specify side for work station to align with your line setup. Built for daily demands, it features a stainless steel interior & exterior (galvanized bottom), (2) solid hinged swing doors with locks, an aluminum door liner, and (2) stainless steel shelves. A digital temperature control & monitor system, LED interior lighting & fan control, and a self-cleaning condenser support consistent performance. Measuring 48-1/4"W x 34"D x 39-5/8"H, it runs on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with 1/5 HP, 115v/60/1-ph, 6.5 amps, and a NEMA 5-15P plug. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed.
