The Turbo Air PST-48-18-D2R(L)-FB-N is a pro series mega top sandwich/salad prep table designed to streamline prep and service. Front breathing airflow supports placement in tight cooklines. This two-section unit offers 11.1 cu. ft. of capacity and a 48-1/4" stainless steel top with an 18-pan opening to keep ingredients organized and accessible. Storage includes one solid hinged swing door with lock, two drawers, and one stainless steel wire shelf to manage backups and tools efficiently. A stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel bottom provides durability in demanding environments. The self-cleaning condenser helps sustain performance, while R290 hydrocarbon refrigeration driven by a 1/5 HP compressor delivers dependable cooling. Operating on 115v/60/1 at 6.5 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug, this unit is cETLus listed and ETL-Sanitation compliant, and it is made in the USA.
