The Turbo Air PST-48-18-D2R(L)-N is a PRO Series mega top sandwich/salad prep table built for efficient prep and dependable cold holding. This two-section unit provides 15.0 cu. ft. of refrigerated capacity, organized with two drawers and one door for flexible storage. An 18-pan top opening with hood keeps ingredients accessible and protected, while the 9-1/2 inch deep cutting board with side rail delivers a stable, full-length workstation. A self-contained refrigeration system with a self-cleaning condenser and cold bunker system works with digital temperature control and monitoring to maintain uniform conditions. Its stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized bottom withstands heavy daily use. LED interior lighting and fan control enhance visibility and airflow. The system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/5 HP compressor and operates on 115v/60/1-ph at 6.5 amps with a NEMA 5-15P cord. Made in USA and certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation.
