The Turbo Air PST-48-18-D4-FB-N is a pro series mega top sandwich/salad prep table built for professional workflows. Its two-section, 11.1 cu. ft. layout and stainless steel top with an 18-pan opening streamline ingredient setup on the line. Four drawers deliver organized refrigerated storage below, and the stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel bottom withstand heavy use. The front breathing airflow design supports efficient operation in busy kitchens. A self-cleaning condenser helps maintain consistent performance between service intervals. This model uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 HP compressor, operating on 115v/60/1 power (6.5 amps) with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Sized at 48-1/4 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 39-1/8 inches high, it delivers the capacity operators need without excess footprint. Made in USA.
