The Turbo Air PST-48-18-D4-N-FL is a PRO Series mega top sandwich/salad prep table with a flat lid engineered to streamline high-volume prep. Its two-section, rear mount self-contained compressor pairs with a cold bunker system to help maintain consistent temperatures across an 18-pan top opening with lid. A 9-1/2" deep cutting board supports efficient assembly, while four drawers organize ingredients for fast access. The 48-1/4"W x 34"D x 32-7/8"H cabinet provides 15.0 cu. ft. of capacity in a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized bottom. A digital temperature control & monitor system simplifies oversight, and a self-cleaning condenser helps reduce routine maintenance. Powered by a 1/5 HP system using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this 115v/60/1-ph unit draws 8.9 amps and uses a NEMA 5-15P plug. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed. Contact sales for lead time.
