The Turbo Air PST-48-18-D4-N is a PRO Series mega top sandwich/salad prep table built to optimize workflow on busy lines. This two-section, 48-1/4 inch wide model pairs 15.0 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage with an 18-pan top opening under a protective hood. A cold bunker system and a digital temperature control and monitor system support consistent holding conditions, while the self-contained refrigeration includes a self-cleaning condenser. Four drawers keep ingredients organized and accessible, and the 9-1/2 inch deep cutting board with side rail provides a generous prep surface for fast assembly. The cabinet features a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized bottom, plus LED interior lighting with fan control. Utilizing R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 HP compressor, this unit operates on 115v/60/1-ph, 6.5 amps and includes a NEMA 5-15P cord for simple installation. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed.
