The Turbo Air PST-48-18-FB-N is a PRO Series mega top sandwich/salad prep table designed for organized, efficient production. This two-section, 11.1 cu. ft. unit features a 48-1/4 inch wide stainless steel top with an 18-pan opening to keep ingredients accessible during service. Front breathing airflow supports placement alongside other equipment, while a self-cleaning condenser and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant help maintain reliable cold holding. Secure product behind two solid hinged swing doors with locks, and utilize two stainless steel wire shelves for additional storage beneath the pan rail. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior and a galvanized steel bottom, this prep table is powered by a 1/5 HP motor on 115v/60/1-ph, drawing 6.5 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed.
