A digital temperature control and monitor system maintains 33°F to 39°F, and the cold bunker system circulates chilled air evenly around the pan area—even when lids are open. To protect performance, the patented self-cleaning condenser automatically brushes dust off the condenser daily. Durability and cleanability come standard with a stainless steel cabinet and shelving, high-density polyurethane insulation, and LED interior lighting.
