The Turbo Air PST-48-D2R(L)-N PRO Series sandwich/salad unit streamlines prep and service for busy kitchens. This two-section design combines cold storage and a full-length work zone, featuring a 12-pan top opening with hood to protect ingredients and a 9-1/2" deep cutting board with side rail for efficient assembly. A solid hinged swing door with lock, aluminum door liner, one stainless steel shelf, and two drawers organize essentials for quick access. The rear mount, self-contained compressor with side breathing works with a cold bunker system and a digital temperature control and monitor system to keep contents ready for service. LED interior lighting with fan control enhances visibility and airflow, while the self-cleaning condenser supports consistent performance. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior and a galvanized bottom, this 12.0 cu.ft. unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 HP system. It is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed and made in the USA.
