The Turbo Air PST-48-D4-FB-N is a PRO Series sandwich/salad prep table designed to keep ingredients organized and service moving. Front breathing airflow supports flexible installation on crowded cooklines. The two-section, 11.1 cu. ft. cabinet within a 48-1/4"W x 30"D x 37"H footprint balances capacity with line-of-sight access. A stainless steel top with 12-pan opening streamlines build stations, while four drawers keep backups close at hand. Durable stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel bottom stand up to daily kitchen demands. The unit features a self-cleaning condenser and uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant powered by a 1/5 HP system.
