A digital temperature control and monitor system holds precise 33–39°F settings, while the cold bunker system circulates even cold air around the pan area to protect product—even when lids are open. Turbo Air’s patented self-cleaning condenser automatically brushes dust off the coil daily to help prevent system failures and keep performance consistent. Built with a stainless steel cabinet and drawers, high-density polyurethane insulation, and LED interior lighting, it stands up to daily rushes and simplifies cleaning. The 9.5" deep, 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board with side rail creates a generous, sanitary work surface, and heavy-duty gravity hinges promote smooth drawer operation.
