Its front breathing airflow and rear‑mounted, self‑contained compressor allow flush placement to walls or tight cooklines, while 11.1 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage and two stainless steel shelves keep ingredients organized. The 12‑pan top opening with hood pairs with a 9-1/2" deep cutting board and side rail to speed assembly and maintain product temps. A digital temperature control and monitor system works with a cold bunker system to deliver consistent chilling across the rail and cabinet. Inside, a stainless steel interior/exterior with aluminum door liners and locking solid swing doors support daily durability and product security. LED interior lighting with fan control improves visibility, and a self-cleaning condenser helps sustain performance between service calls.
